The measured terms are 'download', 'upload', 'response time' from top to bottom. (Sorry for Korean Characters) You can see that it is very slow and especially response time is not good even reached about 60 ms.
I tried to call somebody in Korea using FaceTime but failed. Again, I tried "Voice Talk" of 'Kakao Talk', but failed, either. Only texting such as iMessage and Kakao Talk worked. But be noted that iMessage switches to normal SMS if Wi-Fi signal is not good, and charge you roaming SMS fee. :(. So test this with IP based texting service only.
In comparison, the same test was conducted at a metro station platform of 'Gimpo Airport' which is Metro Line #5 in Korea. Upload is similar but Download is 3 times faster, and Response time is 6 times better.
(Again, the terms are 'Download', 'Upload', and 'Response Time')
